We have various packages available to suit your needs and lifestyle. Below is an outline of what we offer. All of the packages can be either coaching only or with individualised programming included. 1x/week coaching (or with individualised programme)
2x/week coaching (or with individualised programme)
3x/week coaching (or with individualised programme)
+4x/week coaching (or with individualised programme)
Currently we have 3 early morning sessions, 2 mid-morning sessions and 3 evening sessions available. Due to the nature of strength training we do not limit a session length to a specific time although there are limitations to how long an athlete can take to train.
We do not allow people to use the facility if they are not being coached by one of our coaches.
