Strength and conditioning for All
Strength training should be a vital component of EVERY person’s health and fitness regime. Not only does it ‘tone’ your muscles, it also enables you to function better and manage your weight more effectively. However, we also condition the body to be able to sprint up those stairs when load-shedding disables the lifts, or play touch rugby with kids without tearing a muscle or struggling with stiff joints.
Times and rates for the strength and conditioning class
Tuesdays: 5:30 to 6:30 and 16:30 to 17:30
Thursdays: 5:30 to 6:30 and 16:30 to 17:30
Saturdays: 7:30 to 8:30
Our strength and conditioning classes will make you stronger, give you more muscle and cardiovascular endurance and help you move better.
