Our pricing structure is based on the type of package you choose and number of days you train (one to four times a week). We offer a free try-out session before you commit.

Mondays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00
Wednesdays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00
Fridays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00
Saturdays: 9:00 to 11:00
Prices
Once a week coaching: only R650 month
Twice a week coaching: only R1050 per month
Three times a week coaching: only R1500 per month
Session duration only limited by opening hours.

Once a week coaching: only R1285 month (minimum rate)
Twice a week coaching: only R1605 per month
Includes weekly updated programming, technique check via video submission, access to coaches via whatsapp.
Session duration only limited by opening hours.
