Pricing & times

Our pricing structure is based on the type of package you choose and number of days you train (one to four times a week). We offer a free try-out session before you commit.

Times

Mondays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00

Wednesdays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00

Fridays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:00 to 19:00

Saturdays: 8:30 to 11:00

Prices

Once a week coaching: only R600 month

Twice a week coaching: only R980 per month

Three times a week coaching: only R1400 per month

Session duration only limited by opening hours.

Coaching with individualised programming

Times

Mondays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00

Wednesdays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:30 to 20:00

Fridays: 10:00 to 12:00 & 16:00 to 19:00

Saturdays: 8:30 to 11:00

Once a week coaching: only R1200 month

Twice a week coaching: only R1500 per month

Three times a week coaching: only R1800 per month

Session duration only limited by opening hours.

Weightlifting for CrossFit/Beginner coaching

Times

Tuesdays: 17:00 to 18:00 

Thursdays: 17:00 to 18:00 

Saturdays: 7:00 to 8:00

Once a week coaching: only R600 month

Twice a week coaching: only R800 per month

Three times a week coaching: only R1150 per month

Session duration limited to one hour.

Includes weekly updated programming, technique check via video submission, access to coaches via whatsapp. Also includes occasional drop-in sessions
